Welcome to Travel King International. By accessing our website (www.flytravelking.com), utilizing our luxury travel management services, or submitting payment via our secure Credit Card Authorization (CCA) form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Role as Agent

Travel King International acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of travel services, including but not limited to commercial airlines, private jet operators, luxury hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators. We do not own or operate the aircraft, hotels, or vehicles used in your itinerary.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that Travel King International is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 Credit Card Authorization (CCA)

For security and fraud prevention, we require a completed Credit Card Authorization form for specific transactions. By submitting this form, you certify that:

• You are the authorized cardholder.
• You authorize Travel King International to charge the “Total Amount Authorized” listed for your specific itinerary.
• You agree to provide valid government-issued identification to verify the transaction.

2.2 Pricing & Quotes

All prices and availability are subject to change without notice until full payment is received and tickets are issued. Quotes for private jet charters are estimates until a contract is signed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Supplier Policies: All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the specific supplier (e.g., airline fare rules, private jet operator contracts). Many promotional fares are non-refundable.

Agency Fees: Service fees and consulting fees charged by Travel King International are non-refundable, regardless of whether the travel is utilized.

4. Private Jet Charter Specifics

For clients utilizing our Private Aviation services:

• Itinerary Changes: Any changes to the flight schedule requested by the client may result in additional charges.
• Incidental Costs: The client is responsible for de-icing fees, hangar fees, and other incidental costs incurred during the trip unless otherwise specified.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Richardson, Texas, for all disputes arising out of the use of our services.
